齐小刚，教授，2015年获评博导。主要研究方向为复杂信息系统建模与大数据处理、网络工程优化与算法设计。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、十三五装备预先研究项目、教育部-中国移动联合基金项目、装发-中船工业等国家和省部级项目20余项，其中2项研究项目已成功落地并示范推广。

Xiaogang Qi, professor, Ph. D. supervisor, focuses on modeling for complex information systems, big data processing, optimization and algorism design of network engineering. He chaired project supported by National Natural Science Foundation, armament pre-research project of 13th Five-Year Plan, project supported by MOE-CMCC Joint Foundation, and more than 20 projects at national or ministerial level. The research results of 2 of the projects have been turned into commercial success.
